In a world gone mad with media coverage of the President as explicit as any "blue" novel, Track 16 inserts a dose of satire into the pompous ravings of old white men and right-wing extremists with an exhibition that looks at global politics on the brink of millennium mania. No political event in the last fifty years is exempt from the cutting edge of artistic scrutiny.
